Terms of service
Last updated 14 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and RingIn (“we”, “us”) for the use of Ringin (https://ringinai.com). By creating an account or using Ringin you accept them. If you use Ringin for a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.
1. The service
Ringin is a calling platform: a dialer that adds contact lists, campaigns, automatic dialing, call outcomes and reports to your team’s calls, and an AI Dialer whose AI voice agents call your leads and answer your calls for you.
Calls are carried by a phone account you connect, such as RingCentral or Twilio, which bills you separately under its own terms, or by phone numbers and minutes you get through Ringin. Ringin is not made by or affiliated with RingCentral or Twilio. RingCentral and Twilio are trademarks of their owners.
2. Accounts
- Give us true and current details about you and your company. Sign-up is confirmed with a code sent to your email, and we review each new company before it may call; we may refuse one.
- Your company’s administrators create and manage its users and decide what each user can do.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and must tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.
- Users must be at least 18 years old.
3. Plans, packages and payment
Ringin is priced per company per month (Starter, Growth, Enterprise); plans differ in their limits and in what they include, such as phone numbers and minutes. Packages add numbers, calling minutes or AI minutes. Prices are as published on our website or as agreed with us in writing, and billing dates and any refunds are as agreed when you subscribe or buy. Card payments are processed by Stripe.
Numbers and minutes through Ringin are prepaid: calling through them needs a plan or package that covers it. Calls you place use outgoing minutes; calls you receive use incoming minutes for the whole time the caller is on the line; passing a call to someone else uses outgoing minutes for that leg. An AI agent call on a Ringin number uses both AI minutes and that number’s calling minutes. Calling minutes are counted per started minute. AI minutes are counted per started minute of conversation; a call that reaches voicemail and is ended by the agent within a minute is counted by its seconds, added together across such calls, so you pay only for the time used. Calls that never connect are not counted. What a package includes, and how long it lasts, is stated when you buy it. Charges from a phone account you connect yourself are billed by that provider.
When the minutes a call uses run out, the call is ended (an agent on the call is warned shortly before), and new calls wait until more are added. Every call also has a maximum length. A Ringin number is paid month by month: if its next month is not paid, we warn you, and it is released at the end of its last paid day and may then go to someone else.
4. Free trials and test calls
A plan may include a free trial for the number of days shown. A company may have one free trial, and only if it has never paid for a plan. We remind you before a trial ends. If no plan is paid by then, calling continues for a short grace period we tell you about, then stops until you pay; your data stays as it is.
During a trial, your administrator may make free test calls on Ringin’s demo number, within the limits we set, such as the total test minutes and the length of each call. Test calls ring only a phone your administrator has confirmed as their own with a code, or your own dialer. They are for trying Ringin, never for calling leads or anyone else, and they are recorded and transcribed like AI agent calls. Free test minutes have no cash value, and we may change or end test calls at any time.
By adding a phone you confirm it is yours and agree to Ringin calling it with a code and with your test calls. We place code calls only in daytime hours where the phone is, unless you ask us to call now.
5. Calling laws and acceptable use
You are responsible for making sure every call you make with Ringin, whether by your people or your AI agents, is lawful where you and the people you call are. This includes consent requirements, national and company do-not-call lists and requests, permitted calling hours and call limits, caller identification, AI and recording disclosures, and recording consent.
Ringin checks every call before it is placed, against do-not-call lists, the national registries and the calling rules of each country and state it holds, and the consent a call needs. These checks can delay a call, stop it, or take a lead off a campaign. They are tools that help you comply; using them does not by itself make your calls compliant, and the rules Ringin holds are not legal advice.
- Record the consent your leads gave accurately, and keep proof of it. When you confirm in Ringin that every lead of a campaign gave a certain consent, that is your statement, made for your company, and you must be able to show it is true.
- Keep your leads’ locations, such as their state, accurate: calling rules depend on them.
- Do not call anyone you do not have a lawful basis to contact.
- Do not use Ringin for harassment, fraud, or unlawful or misleading calls.
- Do not call emergency numbers or emergency lines (such as police, fire, ambulance or poison control), or the lines of hospitals, nursing homes and other healthcare facilities or their patients’ rooms, with automatic or AI calls the law does not allow. Ringin cannot dial emergency short codes, but you must keep such numbers off your lists.
- Do not hide or fake your caller ID, or call from a number you have no right to use.
- Use free test calls only to try Ringin on your own phone.
- Do not try to access another company’s data, get around compliance checks, security or plan limits, or disrupt the service.
- Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer Ringin except where the law allows it.
6. AI agents
You write your AI agents’ scripts, and you are responsible for what they say and for the calls they make. AI agents can also answer your calls, take messages, book appointments and pass a call to your team. Each script is checked before an agent may use it: a script Ringin’s AI check passes may be approved at once, and one it flags waits for a person at Ringin. We may refuse or withdraw any script that is misleading, unlawful or against these terms. Whatever your script says, every agent tells the person it is an AI assistant and that the call may be recorded, honours a request not to be called again, and never asks for payment card numbers, bank details, passwords or social security numbers.
AI agents can misunderstand or make mistakes, and call summaries and recorded outcomes may be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important before you act on it. AI calling is available only where Ringin has switched it on for your company, and only with the consent the call’s purpose needs.
7. Compliance standing
Ringin scores each company’s calling activity for risk, from signs such as blocked calls, do-not-call requests and complaints. A high score, or conduct that breaks these terms or calling laws, can lead us to flag, limit, pause or suspend a company’s calling while it is reviewed. We will tell you why where we can.
8. Your data
You keep ownership of the data you put into Ringin, including your AI agents’ call records. You allow us and our service providers to store and process it only to provide and secure Ringin for you, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to use that data, including lead lists you import.
9. Call recording
Recording of your agents’ calls is off until your administrator turns it on. When it is on, you are responsible for giving any notice and getting any consent the law requires, for example by keeping your phone provider’s recording announcement on. Some states, such as California and Florida, require everyone on a call to agree to its recording: keep an announcement on for calls there. AI agent calls and free test calls are recorded and transcribed so you can review them; each one opens with a notice that the call may be recorded.
10. Third-party services
Ringin depends on phone providers to place calls, on AI service providers to run AI agents, and on Stripe to take card payments. We are not responsible for the availability, charges or actions of these providers, or of other services you connect.
11. Changes to the service
We may improve, change or remove features. Features described as coming soon are plans, not promises. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
12. Suspension and ending
You may stop using Ringin at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is not paid for, or puts the people being called, other customers or the service at risk, and we will tell you why where we can. Where calls put people at risk or appear unlawful, we may stop them at once, without notice. When an account is closed, access ends; you can ask us to delete your company’s data, except records kept as proof, such as consent records.
13. Disclaimers
Ringin is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any call will connect, or that AI agents or compliance checks will be free of mistakes. Nothing in Ringin is legal advice.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for Ringin in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Your responsibility for claims
You agree to defend us against, and cover our reasonable losses (including fines, penalties, settlements and legal fees) from, claims caused by your calls, including your AI agents’ calls, your data, your consent statements, or your breach of these terms or of calling laws. This includes claims under telemarketing, do-not-call, consent and call-recording laws, and charges or fines a phone carrier passes on because of your calls.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We will tell customers about important changes before they take effect; using Ringin after that means you accept them.
