CSV importing
Upload a CSV, including files saved from Excel, and map the columns in a visual preview. Numbers are converted to one standard format, so the same contact is not added twice. Native .xlsx upload is coming soon.
The phone lines Ringin runs on, how a campaign goes from a list to conversations, and every feature, including what is still on the way.
Ringin does not replace your phone system. It adds the lists, campaigns, automatic dialing and compliance on top of the lines you choose.
Your admin connects RingCentral in Settings and tests it on the spot, with RingCentral’s secure OAuth sign-in and only the permissions Ringin needs.
Your company’s RingCentral numbers are read in, so you choose the caller ID for each campaign and agent.
Agents talk from the browser with RingCentral’s web phone, or have RingCentral ring their own phone first.
Mix them: each call goes out on the account that owns the number the lead sees.
Upload a CSV and match its columns. Numbers are cleaned and duplicates caught.
Your admin connects RingCentral or Twilio in Settings and tests it, or gets numbers and minutes from Ringin. Calls use your company’s numbers.
Write the talking points, set calling hours and retry rules, switch it on, and agents go available.
Agents call from the browser and pick an outcome, or an AI agent works the list for them. Callbacks and the next round schedule themselves.
Watch the live dashboard’s charts and key events, search call history, play back recordings, and download results as a spreadsheet.
We are open about what is ready now and what is still on the way.

The next eligible lead is reserved and dialed for the agent, one call at a time.
Admins choose how long auto-dial waits before each next call, from no pause to two minutes, per campaign. Agents see the countdown and can dial sooner or pause.
Agents can pause auto-dial, skip a lead in one click, and pick up again where they left off.
An outcome is required after every call, with notes where they matter. It decides what happens to the lead next.
On browser calls, Ringin listens to the first seconds after an answer. When a voicemail greeting or busy tone plays, it hangs up, records the outcome and moves on to the next lead. Switch it on per campaign; agents can override it in one click.
Keep your do-not-call list in Ringin. It is checked when a lead is reserved and again just before dialing, and sales calls to numbers on the national registry are blocked unless the lead gave express written consent.
Search every call and each step it went through, with reports for campaigns and agents. Download call outcomes and campaign results as an Excel or CSV spreadsheet; agents export only their own calls.
On plans with recording, outbound calls are recorded on RingCentral, Twilio and Ringin numbers and play on each call’s page for coaching and quality checks. Twilio and Ringin calls can announce it to the lead.
A lead calling back is offered first to whoever spoke with them, with a popup naming the caller. Every incoming call and voicemail is kept in its own list.
Admins write each campaign’s talking points, and agents see them beside every call.
Add a single lead, fix or remove leads not yet called, and archive finished campaigns without losing their history.
When switched on, the lead’s side of each browser call is transcribed as it happens. A clear “don’t call me” puts the number on your do-not-call list at once; an unclear one goes to an admin for review.
Highlights, interactive charts of calls, outcomes and agents, and a feed of what needs you from the last 24 hours, newest first. Refreshes every minute.
Use your own RingCentral or Twilio account, or buy prepaid numbers and minutes through Ringin. Mix them; each call goes out on the account that owns its number.
On Ringin numbers, a call starts only when a minute is free, agents see a warning two minutes before the end, and calls end before a minute your package cannot pay for.
Each campaign is run by your team, by AI, or by both, and calls out, takes calls, or does both, with one script for everyone on it.
Calls to a campaign’s number ring its free agents, longest idle first. The caller waits on hold, then can leave a voicemail. Or the AI answers.
Call every lead once, then the ones not reached, round after round until the attempts are used. Run the rounds automatically or start each one yourself.
Calling hours and calls-per-day limits of the lead’s own state are applied on top of your campaign’s. Where the state is unknown, the strictest applies.
Interested leads, bookings, messages, callbacks and call outcomes go to your n8n, Zapier or Make flow or your CRM as signed webhooks, sent again for about a day if your system is down.
Each campaign has its own webhook URL for website forms and automations, and API keys let your CRM send leads with their consent. New leads are called first.
Turn it on for a campaign and each call shows the best of its numbers for that contact: the one they saw before, then one in their area code, state or time zone. A daily cap per number, and resting numbers few people answer, keep your numbers trusted.
Every AI call is kept with its recording, transcript and a short summary, and the AI passes a caller to your team when they ask for a person.
Each call shows the number that fits the contact best: the one they saw before, then one in their area code, state or time zone, with a daily cap per number so your numbers stay trusted.
Your team answers in opening hours and the AI after them, or the AI all day, booking appointments straight into your calendar. Every line, its hours and what callers hear are in one view.
Pick a software plan and the lines, outgoing, incoming and AI minutes you need on the pricing page, see the monthly price at once, and ask for it.
Pay 3 months ahead for 5% off the software fee, or 12 months for 15%. Lines and minutes still come month by month.
Each contact shows its source: a CSV import, your website form or webhook, the API, or added by hand, on the contacts list, the campaign and every call.
In early access: a HubSpot list or a Pipedrive filter feeds a campaign, and every call, outcome and booking is written back to the contact in your CRM.
Leads outside their allowed hours are skipped automatically, with daylight saving time handled correctly.
Each call shows the number that fits the contact best (the one they saw before, their area code, state or time zone), with a daily cap per number and tired numbers rested.
Many agents work the same campaign, and no lead is ever given to two of them.
Choose per agent: show every number, hide it until a lead has been called, show it only during a call, or never show it. Leads keep a reference like #00012.
Salesforce and GoHighLevel, as HubSpot and Pipedrive are today. Until then, connect them through webhooks and the API.
Send and receive SMS with leads from your RingCentral, Twilio or Ringin numbers.
One flat monthly price for your whole team. Add AI agents whenever you are ready.
