Up and running in four steps
Connect Google Calendar
An administrator links your Google calendar in Ringin, so the AI and your team book into the calendar you already use.
Turn on bookings
In a campaign’s setup, go to Appointments, choose Take bookings, and say what can be booked and when.
Callers book on the call
The AI looks up free times before offering any, confirms the day, the time and the caller’s name, then books.
See it in Google Calendar
Each appointment appears in the calendar, and moves and cancellations follow.
