Area code, state, time zone
A contact sees a number from their own area code first, then their state, then their time zone.
Smart caller ID shows each contact the number from your pool that fits them best: the one they saw before, then their area code, state or time zone. Daily caps and rest periods spread calls across your numbers.
Put two or more numbers on a campaign, from your RingCentral or Twilio account or from Ringin.
On the campaign’s Numbers step, turn it on and choose what to match: area code, state, time zone.
Pick a daily cap per number, and rest a number whose answer rate falls below the level you set.
Each call, from your team or the AI, goes out on the number that fits the contact best.
A contact sees a number from their own area code first, then their state, then their time zone.
A contact called again sees the number they saw before, so they recognise you.
Each number makes up to the calls you set in a day before it rests; calling never stops, it moves to the next number.
A number whose answer rate over the last 7 days drops below your level is used last.
Among equal numbers, the one used least today goes first, so the pool shares the work.
Smart caller ID works the same for agents’ calls and AI calls.
A dialer that shows each contact a local number, from their own area code or state, so they are more likely to answer. In Ringin this is Smart caller ID.
